For the waitlist form and the Cal.com widget on deliverycontrol.mx.

1. Identity and domicile of the responsible party

XN SYSTEMS, S.A.S., with Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC) XSY260421UC3 and conventional domicile for receiving notices at Manzana B, Carretera Transpeninsular km 5, Interior 2, Corredor Turístico, Cabo Bello, C.P. 23454, Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico ("XN SYSTEMS" or the "Responsible Party"), is responsible for the processing of your personal data pursuant to this Simplified Privacy Notice.

For any questions regarding the processing described in this notice, you may write to us at support@deliverycontrol.mx.

2. Purposes of processing

Primary purposes (necessary for the service you request):

  • Registering you on the Delivery Control waitlist.
  • Notifying you about the availability of access to the platform.
  • Coordinating and confirming, as applicable, the demonstration or consultation sessions you schedule through the Cal.com widget embedded on the site.

Means to limit the use or disclosure of your data are described in the Comprehensive Privacy Notice.

3. Personal data processed, source, and nature

We process the following categories of data, according to their source:

  • Collected directly from you, through the waitlist form: your email address.
  • Generated automatically by your visit to the site: IP address, browser type (user-agent), and UTM parameters of the referring campaign (where applicable), collected by the Responsible Party's servers.
  • Through the Cal.com scheduling widget: if you use the embedded widget to schedule a session, the data you provide for that booking (for example, name, email address, and chosen date and time) is captured and stored directly on the Cal.com, Inc. platform, pursuant to that provider's own privacy notice. XN SYSTEMS receives from Cal.com only a booking confirmation notification (with the date, time, and contact email you indicated) for the sole purpose of coordinating and confirming the scheduled session (primary purpose in the preceding paragraph); it does not receive or store the remaining information captured on that platform.

Nature of the data. The email address from the form is necessary to register you on the waitlist and notify you; if you do not provide it, we will not be able to enroll you or notify you when access becomes available. Data generated automatically (IP, user-agent, UTM) are inherent to the connection and do not require you to provide them. Data from Cal.com scheduling are optional: they are collected only if you choose to schedule a session, and not scheduling one does not affect your waitlist registration.

Sensitive data. No sensitive personal data is collected at this collection point.

Automated decisions. The processing described does not involve automated decisions that produce legal effects on you or that significantly affect you.

4. Comprehensive Privacy Notice

This is a simplified notice. XN SYSTEMS' Comprehensive Privacy Notice (which details, among other elements, the mechanisms and timeframes for exercising your Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection (ARCO) rights, the options for limiting the use or disclosure of your data, the data retention period, the handling of transfers and remissions to third parties, and the procedure for communicating changes to this notice) is available free of charge at deliverycontrol.mx ("Privacy Notice" link in the site footer; go to the Comprehensive Privacy Notice).

If you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated, you may approach the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (Anti-Corruption and Good Government Secretariat), the competent authority on this matter. The applicable procedure and timeframes are described in the Comprehensive Privacy Notice.
