Privacy Notice

Last updated: July 2026

This is an English translation of our Spanish-language Privacy Notice, provided for convenience. The Spanish version at deliverycontrol.mx/privacidad is the legally binding version under Mexican law. This Notice covers only the marketing site deliverycontrol.mx; the SaaS platform (app.deliverycontrol.mx) has its own separate Privacy Notice.

1. Controller identity and address

XN SYSTEMS, S.A.S. (“we”), tax ID (RFC) XSY260421UC3, with address at Callejón de los Belenes 2430, Colonia Ciudad Bugambilia, Zapopan, Jalisco, C.P. 45237, Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data collected through this site (deliverycontrol.mx) in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and other applicable provisions. For any matter related to your personal data, write to support@deliverycontrol.mx.

2. Data we collect

Through this site we collect only:

  • Data you provide: your email address, captured through the site's waitlist form.
  • Technical data the server collects automatically: IP address, User-Agent (browser/device type and version), referrer URL and campaign UTM parameters (source, medium and campaign).

On this site we do not collect name, phone, RFC, address, payment data or banking data, and we do not transmit data to payment processors or to the SaaS platform's operational database. We do not collect sensitive personal data. Your email is required to join the waitlist; the technical data is generated automatically by the server.

3. Purposes of processing

Primary (require no consent beyond this Notice): (a) register you on the waitlist and follow up; (b) forward your registration, server-to-server, to our internal customer-management system (CRM); (c) prevent fraud and automated abuse of the form and ensure the site's technical security; (d) handle demo or call scheduling requests you initiate; (e) comply with legal obligations.

Secondary (require your separate consent and do not affect your registration if you decline them): (f) ad-campaign measurement and attribution via Meta (Pixel and Conversions API), subject to your marketing consent; (g) site-usage analytics via Google (GA4 / Google Tag Manager) and PostHog, subject to your analytics consent. You may grant, deny or revoke this consent at any time from the site's cookie preference center.

4. Cookies

The site uses cookies and similar technologies. Those tied to secondary purposes activate only once you grant consent in the preference center. Details of the technologies, their purposes and their duration are in our Cookie Policy.

5. Sharing and transfer of data to third parties

We do not sell, rent or trade your data. The third parties that receive data processed through the site are: Meta Platforms, Inc. (ad measurement/attribution — transfer, with your marketing consent); Google LLC (analytics — transfer, with your analytics consent); PostHog, Inc. (product analytics — processor); Cal.com, Inc. (scheduling — processor); and Sentry (technical error telemetry — processor). All five are domiciled in the United States, so these communications involve a transfer of data outside Mexican territory, under Articles 35 and 36 of the LFPDPPP.

6. ARCO rights

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Oppose the processing of your data (ARCO rights, Art. 27 LFPDPPP), and to revoke consent you have granted. Send your request to support@deliverycontrol.mx stating your name, a means of contact, and a description of the data and the right you wish to exercise. We will communicate our determination within a maximum of twenty (20) business days and, if applicable, make it effective within the following fifteen (15) business days (Art. 31 LFPDPPP).

7. Data retention

The technical data associated with your registration (IP address and User-Agent) is deleted within 90 days at the latest. Your waitlist record (including your email) is deleted within 24 months at the latest, unless a legal, accounting or claim-defense obligation requires keeping it longer. Deletion is performed on our operational database; backups are purged on our infrastructure provider's retention cycle.

8. Security

We implement reasonable and proportionate administrative, technical and physical security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS) across the entire site, to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access or processing.

9. Competent authority and changes

The competent authority for the protection of personal data held by private parties is the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno. We may amend this Notice; the current version is published on this page with its last-updated date.
