Privacy Policy

This is an English translation of our Spanish-language privacy policy for convenience. The Spanish version at deliverycontrol.mx/privacidad is the legally binding version under Mexican law.

1. Controller

XN Systems SAS de CV (“we”), domiciled in Mexico, operates the Delivery Control brand (deliverycontrol.mx). We are responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

2. Data we collect

  • Contact data: name, email, phone and WhatsApp number you share when booking a call or writing to us.
  • Business data: restaurant name, location, reference sales, tax information (RFC) if an invoice is issued.
  • Platform operational data: sales, orders, ROAS, average ticket and operating metrics obtained through the administrator access you grant us on your Uber Eats, Rappi and similar portals. We do not receive or store passwords.
  • Payment data: processed directly by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
  • Browsing data: strictly necessary technical cookies and, when active, a Meta pixel for ad-campaign measurement.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data to: (a) deliver the contracted service, (b) process payments and invoicing, (c) generate executive reports and analytics, (d) communicate about your account, (e) measure the effectiveness of our ad campaigns and (f) comply with legal and tax obligations.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information strictly with: Stripe (payment processing), Vercel and Supabase (web infrastructure), Google / Meta (if you interact with ad campaigns), Cal.com (call scheduling) and the delivery platforms you grant us access to.

5. Use of anonymized data

We may use aggregated or anonymized metrics and results (without identifying the restaurant) for marketing and publication purposes. If you are a client and prefer that we do not use even anonymized data, let us know in writing at support@deliverycontrol.mx.

6. ARCO rights

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Oppose the processing of your data, and to revoke any consent you have granted. Send your request to support@deliverycontrol.mx. We respond within the terms set by the LFPDPPP.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS) across the entire site and restricted access to sensitive information. We do not store your delivery-platform passwords.

8. Cookies and ad measurement

We use strictly necessary cookies for site functionality. When running ad campaigns, we may use the Meta pixel / Google Analytics to measure conversions. You can disable cookies from your browser settings.
